Help at-risk students in need by contributing to our fundraising efforts.

No act of generosity is too small to make a difference.

 

With the support of the community, Davis Education Foundation has built six teen centers at high schools in Davis School District. These centers provide at-risk students, including those experiencing homelessness with a place to shower, do laundry, and access critical resources. This video includes interviews of students who have used the Clearfield Teen Center in the first year that it's been open, while also highlighting that there is more to be done. For unaccompanied minors who experience homelessness, the question of "where do they sleep" has been at the forefront of our minds. We are pleased to announce that we finally have an answer to that question. 


AUCTION ITEM PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS

 

  • If you are attending the gala at the Megaplex on Wednesday, please pick up your baskets from the auction room at the conclusion of your movie. If you cannot transport your purchases that night, you are welcome to pick them up from the office as well (see instructions below). 

 

  • If you participated only in the virtual silent auction, pick-up at the district office will be as follows:
  • Friday, June 10 from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  •  Any time the following week of June 13-17 from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

GALA EVENT INFO

If you or your company has purchased tickets to come to our gala on Wednesday night, please use this information as a reference for the evening's schedule:

**Please note that there is road work being done on the road that leads up to the Megaplex. Detour signs have been placed on the road to direct you around the back way.**

Registration will be by the main building entrance. Every guest is required to register and pick up a lanyard with their dinner time and movie information. 

Social Hour starts at 5:30. You can use that time to browse the silent auction, grab a Coke, eat at the chips and salsa bar, and indulge in a Nothing Bundt Cakes mini cake.  

Dinner start time will depend on what movie you are seeing. Please see the chart below and know that your movie is whatever you selected your first choice as when you registered online. You can also check your lanyard card for your assigned time once you have registered at the event. You will have plenty of time to eat your dinner in your theater before your movie starts.

The bulk of the silent auction will close at 7 p.m. The Premier Items Category will close at 10:10 p.m. after the last movie ends.

Ice Cream Social will take place in the main movie lobby after you get out of your movie! You can then pick up any of your auction items that you won by the outdoor patio.
